Conference website with system done for the Malaysia Medical Association (MMA). This is a yearly project in which we work closely with the association team in updating the content as well as building the system until and even after the conference ends.
The conference site allows delegates to create accounts and manage their conference registration, online payment, workshop selection, abstract submission and management, certificate printing after the conference, and more.
The system has a separate login for the conference secretariat to manage delegate accounts, conference and workshop registrations, payment tracking, abstract management and so on. It even has a separate login for reviewers to review and mark abstracts for awards.
The system generates QR codes for delegates, which allows the conference secretariat to quickly and easily retrieve delegate details, their payment status and tag printing during the conference day. This helps to reduce waiting time at the registration counter during the conference day.
